Shipping & Delivery


Shipping is calculated differently for different products. We've done what we can to keep it as simple as possible, while staying cost effective for you our most appreciated customers and heavy metal brethren and sistren.

For the vast majority of items (CDs, clothing, most small merch) the postage is $3 regular post per order for orders under $50, and free for orders over $50.

For bulkier items such as vinyl, books and toys postage is $5 regular post for one item, and $10 for 2 or more. 

If you have an order with both bulky and smaller items, the postage total we move to the bulky item rate. So for example, if you had 3 CDs and a record you would be charge $5 for the one record.

If this all sounds confusing, you can get a postage quote at any point when you go to your cart.


Express Post

Express post is available and sent via Australia Post.

Once you have added items to your cart, you can get a quote for Express Post, based on what items you have ordered and your delivery address post code.

Express Post is generally next day delivery if you order before 3pm and your address is within Australia Post's Express Post next day delivery network. If you are outside of this area, next day delivery is not guarateed. Please check here to see where your address lies in the network.

If you are ordering something and need it the next day of ordering, it may be a good idea to call us on (02) 9571 6662 to make sure that we have received the order and can send it out in time.


Postal Services Used

Depending on the package and delivery address, we will either send this to you via Australia Post or courier.

Australia Post items will go regular or priority (this is not the same as express) and include a tracking number, unless we send you a single shirt or CD. If you order a single CD or shirt we will send this as a large letter via Priority Mail with Australia Post. This will not have a tracking number.

If your order has a tracking number with Australia post, it will be in the confirmation email sent to you once we have processed your order. This can be tracked at

Courier items are sent the next business day after we process your order. You will receive a separate email from our courier service to the email address provided in your order, which will have tracking information for your parcel. Courier orders are sent via either Couriers Please or Toll.


Shipping Outside Of Australia

At this stage we can only ship within Australia. This is frankly due mainly to Australia Post’s exorbitant international postage costs and policy on having no tracking or insurance outside of Australia. Trust us, we would love to sell more internationally but for now it just isn’t a viable option for us.
